摘要:
深圳地铁11号线11301标车公庙站采用盖挖逆作法施工,侧墙施工进度制约着车站整体施工进度。介绍侧墙模板台车组成、施工技术及质量控制,并对模板台车和普通支架模板体系在车站侧墙施工进行了分析对比。结果表明: 侧墙模板台车在侧墙施工中具有缩短工期、提高施工质量和节约资金等优点。

Abstract:
The Chegongmiao Station of 11301 Bid Section on No. 11 Line of Shenzhen Metro is constructed by cutandcover updown method, and it is the key to the construction schedule. In this paper, the components, construction technologies and quality control of sidewall framework trolley are presented, and comparison and contrast is made between sidewall framework trolley and conventional supporting framework system. The results show that framework trolley is superior to conventional supporting framework system in terms of schedule, construction quality and construction cost.
