长株潭城际铁路浅埋高黏性上软下硬不良地层土压平衡盾构施工技术研究

摘要:

针对土压平衡盾构在高黏性与上软下硬地层中掘进施工容易出现的问题,依托长株潭城际铁路湘江隧道工程,对土压平衡盾构在浅埋高黏性上软下硬地层掘进施工技术进行研究探讨,通过改进盾构泡沫系统、改良盾构刀具配置、优化渣土改良等技术措施,较好地控制了地表沉降,确保盾构安全顺利掘进,通过了浅埋高黏性上软下硬地层。

Abstract:

It is difficult for the earth pressure balance (EPB) shield tunneling in hardsoft heterogeneous ground with high viscidity. As a result, the construction technologies for EPB shield boring in hardsoft heterogeneous ground with high viscidity, such as improving the foaming system, improving the arrangement of cutting tools and improving the ground conditioning, are studied and then used. The results show that the ground surface settlement is brought under effective control and the safety of shield boring in hardsoft heterogeneous ground with high viscidity is guaranteed by using abovementioned technologies.
