摘要:

为了研究一种既能保证隧道岩爆段施工进度,又能降低围岩能量释放剧烈程度的应力释放方法,结合乌兹别克斯坦安琶铁路甘姆奇克隧道岩爆大部分出现在拱顶—拱腰段的特征,制定了微上台阶开挖法的应力释放方案。通过数值模拟计算和现场应用效果分析,该方案能够实现拱顶和拱腰处围岩应力的释放和转移,使围岩应力集中区提前得以消散,有效地降低了围岩发生岩爆的程度。同时,通过该方案的初步现场施工实践,证明: 相对于其他应力释放措施(如应力释放孔、超前导洞等),微上台阶法在形成首次微台阶后基本不改变原有施工方案和工序,无额外工期,能够实现连续作业,可为类似工程岩爆防治提供理论依据和有益借鉴。

Abstract:

The small crosssection top heading excavation method is adopted in rockburst section of Qamchiq Tunnel on AngrenPop Railway in Uzbekistan, so as to guarantee the construction schedule of rockburst section and reduce the stress releasing strength of surrounding rocks. The abovementioned method can realize the stress releasing and transferring of surrounding rocks at crown top and arch waist, dissipate the stress concentration zone of surrounding rocks, and further reduce the rockburst risk of surrounding rocks. The construction practice shows that the small crosssection top heading excavation method is superior to other methods, such as stress releasing holes and advance heading, in terms of construction efficiency. The results can provide reference for rockburst prevention of similar projects in the future.
