摘要:
为解决盾构出洞接收时洞门漏水、漏浆影响盾构正常出洞的问题,以天津地铁6号线西青道站—南运河站区间盾构出洞施工中洞门漏水为例,通过采取明洞填充、隧道内注浆、盾壳开孔对洞门主体结构注聚氨酯、洞门冻结等应急措施确保了盾构顺利出洞。工程实践证明,以上方法对封堵泄漏水路溶腔等十分有效。

Abstract:
The stopping of water leakage and slurry leakage of shield receiving shaft are very important and difficult. A series of technologies, i.e. filling of opencut tunnel, grouting in tunnel, polyurethane filling for main tunnel structure and tunnel portal freezing, have been adopted in water leakage stopping of shield receiving shaft of Xiqingdao StationNanyunhe Station section on Line No. 6 of Tianjin Metro. The construction results show that the abovementioned technologies are feasible and effective.
