开敞式TBM滑板式步进技术在引松工程的应用

Application of Slidingtype Open TBM Stepping Technology to Songhua River Water Diversion Project

摘要:

以引松工程为背景,结合TBM施工前的基建要求,详细介绍开敞式TBM滑板式步进机构的组成、步进原理,并概述滑板式步进技术对步进洞、始发洞、不良地质预处理段步进洞、检修洞的建造要求。最后,根据实际应用情况对滑板式步进技术始发和接收的操作流程、步进过程中的注意事项、出现的问题及步进效果进行总结,并结合基建要求对该种步进机构的优缺点进行阐述,可为类似TBM工程的前期基建及步进作业提供参考。

Abstract:

The components and stepping mechanism of slidingtype stepping system of open TBM are introduced in detail. And then the requirements of slidingtype stepping technology on stepping tunnel, launching tunnel, stepping tunnel of preprocessed bad geological section and maintaining tunnel are summarized. Finally, the operation process of launching and receiving of slidingtype stepping technology, issues should be paid attentions to during stepping and stepping effects are summarized and the advantages and disadvantages of this kind of stepping system are presented. The results can provide references for early infrastructure and TBM stepping of similar projects in the future.
