兰渝铁路木寨岭隧道岭脊核心段扩拆技术

Dismantling and Enlarging Technology for Ridge Core Section of  Muzhailing Tunnel on LanzhouChongqing Railway

摘要:

为解决极高地应力作用下兰渝铁路木寨岭隧道岭脊核心地段大变形的问题,分析岭脊核心地段围岩流变和衬砌开裂的原因,提出岭脊核心段衬砌开裂扩拆技术: 设置套拱加固、围岩径向加固、加强支护刚度、优化隧道断面结构、严格控制各工序施工步距、调整隧道变形预留量。对台架法和洞碴回填机械开挖法2种扩拆方法进行比选,选取洞碴回填机械开挖法进行扩拆。重点介绍洞碴回填机械开挖法施工技术和施工组织,并对支护结构变形和受力进行监测,结果表明: 采用洞碴回填机械开挖法扩拆施工安全,支护结构变形在预计范围、无侵限,二次衬砌结构稳定、无开裂。

Abstract:

The causes of surrounding rock rheology and lining crack of ridge core section of Muzhailing Tunnel on LanzhouChongqing Railway are analyzed so as to solve the problem of serious deformation under high geostress. And then, the dismantling and enlarging technologies for Muzhailing Tunnel ridge core section are proposed, i.e. adding cover arch reinforcement, radial grouting of surrounding rock, strengthening the support rigidity, optimizing the tunnel crosssection, controlling the construction step, and adjusting reserved deformation. The muck backfilling with mechanical excavation method is selected according to comparison between mechanical excavation method and bench method. The construction technology and construction organization of muck backfilling with mechanical excavation method are introduced; and the deformation and structural force of tunnel support are monitored. The monitoring results show that the deformation of support is in the permissible range; the structure of secondary lining is stable and the muck backfilling with mechanical excavation method is safe and feasible.
