摘要:

为解决当前隧道机电设备种类繁多,软件系统独立,应急处置时需人工操作多系统实现设备联动控制,以及设备缺乏预防性养护的问题,依托物联网、云计算等先进技术,建设隧道机电设备综合管控系统。系统主要功能如下: 1)将隧道外场机电设备分为PLC控制设备和非PLC控制设备,针对不同类型的设备采取不同的数据采集手段,实现对隧道机电设备状态的监测与故障报警; 2)根据相关规范要求,结合交通事件发生位置与区域影响,制定机电设备联动控制应急预案,实现隧道交通综合管控与交通诱导; 3)采集机电设备历史养护数据,依托云平台提供的大数据技术,对海量历史检测数据进行数据清洗与分析,重点关注检测数据存在异常变动的机电设备,实现机电设备“预防性养护”与差异化清洁维护。通过建立该系统,实现隧道运维阶段的智能化和信息化, 提高运营经济效益,提升隧道安全运营管理水平。

Abstract:

There are many problems in tunnel mechanical and electrical equipments, such as multiple types, independent software system, equipment linkage control in emergency disposal by manual operating multisystem and lack of preventive maintenance of equipment. Hence, a comprehensive management and control system for tunnel mechanical and electrical equipment is established based on advanced technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing, etc. The main functions of the system include: (1) The mechanical and electrical equipment in tunnel field is divided into PLC control equipment and nonPLC control equipment; different data acquisition methods are adopted for different types of equipment to realize monitoring and fault alarm of mechanical and electrical equipment in tunnel. (2) According to related requirements and considering the location and regional impact of traffic incidents, an emergency plan for linkage control of mechanical and electrical equipment is formulated to realize comprehensive traffic control and traffic guidance in tunnels. (3) The historical maintenance data of mechanical and electrical equipment are collected and the massive historical detection data are cleaned and analyzed based on big data technology provided by cloud platform; the mechanical and electrical equipment with abnormal changes in the detection data should be paid attention to, so as to realize preventive maintenance and differential cleaning maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment. By adopting the system, the intellectualization and informatization of tunnel operation and maintenance stage can be realized, the economic benefits of operation can be improved, and the level of safe operation and management of tunnel can be improved.
