摘要:

为实现地铁盾构区间平面图及纵断面图成图

的标准化、自动化,提高制图效率,减少疏漏及错误,对地铁盾构区间平面图及纵断面图快速出图方法进行研究。首先提取出地铁盾构区间平面图和纵断面图中的公共参数,作为单独模块进行参数输入。在平面图中,通过既有线路中线和区间起、终点车站中心里程和位置对线路中线进行定位。在此基础上,进行自动绘图、标注、修改,并根据区间线路线形自动多图纸出图。在纵断面图中,进行水平和垂直方向不同比例缩放及区间定位,然后自动绘图、标注和修改,对不同出图区域进行定位,创建出水平方向自适应长度的纵断面标准框图。通过对研究成果软件进行测试可知,该软件能极大提高设计人员的工作效率。

Abstract:  In order to realize the standardization and automatic mapping of the plane and longitudinal section of the metro shield tunnel, improve the drawing efficiency, and reduce the mistakes and collisions, the rapid drawing method of the plane and longitudinal section of the metro shield tunnel are researched. First, the public parameters in the plane and longitudinal section of the metro section is extracted and input them as a separate module. In the plan, the centerline of the metro line is located according to the centerline of the existing line, the center mileage, and the corresponding location of the terminal station. On this basis, automatic drawing, marking and modification is performed, and multiple standard drawings according to section line shapes are automatically produced. In the vertical section view, this method performs horizontal and vertical zooming in different scales, positioning in intervals, and then automatically drawing, marking, and modifying, positioning the different plot areas, and creating a standard vertical section block diagram with adaptive length in the horizontal direction. And a standard vertical section block diagram with adaptive length in the horizontal direction is created. By testing the research results, it can be known that the software can greatly improve the work efficiency of designers.
