管道更新掘进机关键技术研究与应用

摘要: 为解决城市地下管道更新、扩容面临的原位非开挖技术难题,设计、研发机械化非开挖管道更新掘进机,对开挖舱压力平衡系统、管道保通环流系统、整机集约化设计等关键技术进行研究,并成功应用于管道更新试验段工程项目。通过分析试验数据,构建实际顶推力模型,得到刀盘转速、推进速度、刀盘切削阻力等设备配置参数。实际掘进效果表明: 该非开挖管道更新掘进机能够有效解决大直径钢筋混凝土管道原位破挖更新、管道清淤、管道保通等技术难题; 设备月进尺达150~450 m,保通流量为500 m3/h左右,开挖舱压力大部分时间在50~80 kPa浮动,沉降控制在4 mm以内,实现了钢筋混凝土旧管道原位破挖和新管道同步敷设一次施工成型,提高了城市管道更新施工的自动化水平,为老旧城区机械化非开挖管道更新提供了新的工法借鉴。

Abstract: To study the insitu trenchless technology of urban underground pipeline renewal and expansion, a mechanized trenchless pipeline renewal boring machine is designed. In addition, key technologies such as the pressure balance system of the excavation chamber, protected circulation system of the pipeline, and intensive design of the entire machine are studied and are successfully applied to the pipeline renewal test section project. An actual pushing force model is constructed through test data analysis to determine equipment configuration parameters, such as the cutterhead speed, thrust speed, and cutterhead cutting resistance. The actual excavation results show the following: (1) the trenchless pipeline renewal boring machine can effectively guarantee the largediameter steel concrete pipeline breaking and renewal, pipeline dredging, and maintenance; (2) the monthly footage of the equipment can reach 150 ~ 450 m, the protected flow rate is approximately 500 m3/h, the pressure of the excavation chamber is stable at 50~ 80 kPa, and the settlement is controlled within 4 mm, realizing simultaneous laying of new pipelines in one construction with insitu expansion of the steel concrete pipe, thereby improving the automation level of urban pipeline renewal construction.  The proposed machine provides a new construction method reference for mechanized trenchless pipeline renewal in old urban areas.
