摘要: 针对钻爆法铁路隧道装配化建造领域缺少对概念、体系架构、关键技术等方面系统归纳总结的现状,开展针对性阐述与归纳总结。首先,阐述钻爆法铁路隧道预制装配式建造方案; 然后,针对钻爆法铁路隧道预制装配化建造整体技术体系,详细阐述钻爆法装配式隧道在理论研究、设计方法、施工方法和工程管理等方面的核心内容和关键技术;最后,分析装配化建造方式在实现智能建造方面的优越性,给出实现智能建造的技术路径,并提出钻爆法装配式隧道智能建造的愿景。

Abstract: In view of the lack of systematic summary of the concept, framework, and key technologies in the prefabrication and assembly of tunnels, targeted elaborations and summaries are made in this paper. First, the prefabrication and assembly of tunnels excavated by means of drillingandblasting is expounded. Second, regarding the overall technological framework of the prefabrication and assembly of railway tunnels excavated by means of drillingandblasting, the core contents and key technologies in respect of theoretical research, design method, construction method, and project management are described in detail. On this basis, the advantages of the technology of prefabrication and assembly of tunnels in realizing intelligent construction are analyzed, the technical path for realizing intelligent construction is provided, and the prospects thereof are put forward. The results can provide reference for related researches and practices.
