隧道平导中隔板结构及平导断面形式对通风效果的影响研究

Influence of Middle Partition Wall Structure and CrossSection Type of Parallel Pilot Tunnel on Ventilation Effect

摘要: 为研究隧道平导中隔板结构及平导断面形式对通风效果的影响,基于数值模拟软件FLUENT3种不同隧道断面形式(半圆拱形、三心圆形、直墙式)分别采用混凝土、钢板和钢波纹板平导中隔墙下的通风效果进行对比分析。研究结果表明: 1)在同一断面形式下,〖JP+1〗相较于传统混凝土中隔墙,新型钢板和钢波纹板中隔墙能够有效降低通风阻力系数,达10%17%;在降低通风沿程阻力方面,以钢板中隔墙的效果最佳,钢波纹板中隔墙次之。2)当中隔板形式相同时,由于平导断面面积及绝对粗糙高度相同,当量直径大的隧道断面形式能更有效降低通风阻力系数和沿程阻力。3)在所讨论的3种隧道断面形式中以三心圆形断面形式效果最佳。

Abstract: The influence of middle partition wall structure and  crosssection type of the parallel pilot tunnel on the ventilation effect  is investigated by using the FLUENT numerical simulation software to comparatively analyze the ventilation effects of the semicircular arch, threecentered circular, and straightwall crosssections on the ventilation effect under concrete, uncorrugated steel plate, and corrugated plate middle partition walls, respectively. The results show that, (1) under the same crosssection type, the new types of uncorrugated steel plate and corrugated plate middle wall effectively reduce the ventilation resistance coefficient by 10%~17% compared with the traditional concrete middle partition wall. The uncorrugated steel plate middle wall illustrates an excellent reduction effect of the ventilation resistance along the path, followed by the corrugated plate middle wall. (2) Under the same middle partition wall, the tunnel crosssection with a large equivalent diameter effectively reduces the ventilation resistance coefficient and the friction resistance because the parallel pilot tunnel crosssection area and the absolute rough height are the same. (3) The threecentered circular crosssection depicts the best performance.
