城市化进程中轨道交通车站可持续发展策略探究

Sustainable Development Strategies for Rail Transit Stations from Perspective of Urban Renewal

摘要: 为解决城市化进程中轨道交通与城市其他类型交通的协同性不足、站点用地与城市区域规划融合度欠缺、车站建设标准与城市区域发展存在不一致、交通设施能力与激增客流需求不匹配、以人为本的人性化相关措施不明确等问题,采用总结归纳并引入相关实例论证的方法,探寻车站可持续发展的着眼点及实际需求,得出轨道交通车站在城市化进程中的可持续发展策略: 1)多网融合大背景下车站采用多模式接驳设计; 2)轨道交通一体化开发实现与城市区域建设有机融合; 3)在人文融合设计基础上具备鲜明的城市特征; 4)根据所属线路、区域、特性有效分类车站建设标准; 5)车站站域空间的适应性改造设计; 6)分阶段、分层次、分类别制定智慧地铁、低碳节能可持续发展策略等内容。

Abstract: Many problems exist in urban renewal, such as insufficient coordination between rail transit and other types of urban transportation, lack of integration of station land and urban regional planning, inconsistency between station construction standards and urban regional development, mismatch between traffic facility capacity and surge passenger flow demand, and unclear humanization measures based on people orientation. Therefore, the method of summarizing and introducing relevant examples for demonstration is adopted to explore the focus and actual demand of the sustainable development of the station. Some sustainable development strategies for the rail transit station in the process of urbanization are obtained as follows: (1) Under the background of multinetwork integration, the station should adopt multimode connection design. (2) Rail transit development and urban regional construction should be integrated. (3) Distinctive urban characteristics should be shown on the basis of humanistic integration design. (4) The station construction standards should be effectively classified according to the line, region, and characteristics. (5) Adaptive transformation design of station space should be conducted. (6) Smart metros and lowcarbon energysaving sustainable development strategies should be formulated by stages, levels, and categories.
