摘要:

渝湘高速公路武水段B6合同段羊角隧道属大断面超长隧道,具有施工难度大、技术复杂、技术要求高的特点。结合工程现场实际,利用荷载结构法进行数据分析,最终采用双侧壁导坑法进行开挖,施工过程中注意监测控制、预留变形量的设置,顺利通过软弱围岩段,有效控制了总体变形。主要就羊角隧道双侧壁导坑施工技术展开阐述,为类似工程的施工提供参考。

Abstract:

Yangjiao tunnel in B6 contract section of WulongShuijiang section of ChongqingChangsha expressway is an extralong tunnel with large crosssection. The tunnel has great construction difficulties, great technical complexity and high technical requirements. Double side drift tunneling method is selected on basis of the site conditions and parameter analysis by loadstructure method. Special attention is paid to the monitoring and setting of the preserved deformation volume during tunnel construction. Finally the tunnel crosses the soft ground section successfully and the overall deformation is effectively controlled. The construction technology for Yangjiao tunnel by double side drift tunneling method is presented in the paper, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
