摘要:

在国内尚无此类似工程经验可借鉴的情况下,通过长达9个月的探索研究与实践,采取超前地质预测预报技术、洞室监控量测技术,开挖前运用全断面深孔超前预注浆技术、超前管棚技术等各种辅助施工技术,施工中严格按照新奥法进行开挖支护,最终安全顺利穿越了90m宽的风险至极的F1海底风化深槽。通过对F1风化深槽一套完整的施工技术介绍,以期对今后的海底隧道风化槽、断层带等以及类似地质的工程给予一定的参考。

Abstract:

The construction of subsea tunnels crossing deep weathered slot is unprecedented in China. Geology forecasting technology, monitoring and measurement technology, advance full face deephole grouting technology, advance pipe roof reinforcement technology and other assistant construction technologies are adopted, after 9month research and practice, for the construction of the service tube of Xiang'an subsea tunnel in Xiamen crossing  F1 deep weathered slot. In addition, NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method) is strictly implemented during excavation and support. Owing to all the above measures, the 90mlong F1 subsea deep weathered slot, which has great risks, is conquered. The construction technology of the service tube crossing F1 subsea deep weathered slot is presented in the paper, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
