盾构施工新技术在广州地铁二号线【赤~鹭区间隧道】盾构工程中的应用

Application of New Construction Technologies in ChiLu Running Tunnel Works on Line 2 of Guangzhou Metro

摘要:

在施工难度大,质量目标要求高的情况下,本工程吸收、引进国际先进的盾构施工设备与技术,研究开发出配套的关键适用技术,有效地解决了以往盾构隧道施工遇到的技术难题,建造了广州地铁二号线中结构质量、防水效果和表观质量最好的隧道。着重介绍本工程的新技术(包括:采用1.5m环宽的管片;用EPPM弹性止水条技术;开发应用SLS-T同步激光自动导向技术;盾尾同步注浆技术;盾构机选型与关键技术)的内容及其应用情况,并分析了由于新技术在本工程的应用而产生的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:

Due to the great construction difficulties and high quality requirements of the works, internationallyadvanced shield machines and technologies were introduced to the works and key matching technologies were developed for the works. In the end, the traditional technical problems occurring during the past shieldbored tunnel construction were effectively resolved and a running tunnel with the highest quality in respect of structures, waterproofing and appearance on line 2 of Guangzhou Metro was built. In the paper, the contents and applications of the new construction technologies ( i.e., 1.5m wide segment, EPDM elastic water stops, SLST guidance system, simultaneous grouting and shield type selection) used in the works are described and analysis is made on the economic and social efficiency resulted by the application of the new construction technologies.
