摘要: 为解决复杂工程环境下长距离地下综合管廊暗挖施工中采用矩形断面盾构技术实施的难点问题,加快综合管廊矩形盾构施工关键技术攻关及特种设备研发制造进度,推动矩形盾构技术在综合管廊工程领域的实践和应用,使得盾构管廊内部空间利用率最大化,针对综合管廊矩形盾构技术开展了方案设计研究,对盾构管片、接缝构造、辅助结构、内隔墙及附属、节点等进行了设计,对盾构施工方案和拟解决的关键技术问题进行了探究,提出了可实施的技术方案。结合郑州滨河国际新城综合管廊南延工程,进行应用场景设计和盾构设备机械设计,给出能够应用于工程实践的有效解决方案。在应用设计中,通过技术比较和经济比选,得出综合管廊矩形盾构所适用的有利条件,为节约工期和投资提供了方案。

Abstract: It is difficult to conduct rectangular shield tunneling mining construction of longdistance underground utility tunnel under complex engineering environment. It is an urgent need to speed up the key technology research and development of special equipment for rectangular shield tunneling of utility tunnel and promote the practice and application of rectangular shield tunneling technology in the field of utility tunnel engineering, thus maximizing the utilization rate of the internal space of the shield tunnel. Therefore, a scheme design research is conducted for the rectangular shield technology of the utility tunnel, and the shield segment, joint structure, auxiliary structure, internal partition wall, accessories, and nodes are designed. In addition, the shield construction scheme and key technical problems to be solved are explored, and a feasible technical scheme is proposed. Finally, a case study is conducted on the south extension project of the utility tunnel of Zhengzhou Binhe International New Town, the application scenario design and shield equipment mechanics design are conducted, and an effective solution that can be applied to engineering practice is provided. Through technical and economic comparisons, favorable conditions applicable to the rectangular shield of the utility tunnel are obtained, providing a scheme for saving the construction cost and shortening the period.
