摘要:

结合广州几个典型的盾构过建(构)筑物群的工程实例,简要地对盾构穿越建(构)筑物所引起沉降的理论进行了分析和阐述,以摸索盾构过建筑物前如何预测基础的受力情况,并采用相应的预加固措施。同时对盾构穿越建筑物时如何选择掘进参数及确定监测方案进行了阐述。

Abstract:

Taking several typical project cases in Guangzhou where shield machines bore underneath buildings and structures as example, the author makes a brief analysis and presentation on the theory of settlement resulted from tunnel boring underneath buildings and structures, so as to probe into the prediction of the stress of the foundations of the buildings and structures before the arrival of the shield machines and probe into the preconsolidation measures. Furthermore, the author also presents the selection of the boring parameters and the determination of the monitoring plan for the boring of theshield machines underneath the buildings and structures.
