摘要:

介绍了国内外近几十年来岩土工程地质力学模型试验相似材料的研究现状,并分析了它们的优缺点。结合西部几个重大的隧道及地下厂房的地质力学模型试验研究,给出了一种新型的岩土工程相似材料,由铁精粉、重晶石粉、石英砂、松香酒精溶液等材料经一定的配比研制而成。通过实验室的单轴抗压强度试验、假三轴试验、巴西试验等经典力学试验研究这种复合材料在不同配比条件下的力学特性,从而使这种复合材料能用于不同工程的物理模型试验,并成功用于某大型分岔式隧道的三维地质力学模型试验中。试验结果证明,这种新型岩土相似材料能很好的满足不同工程物理模拟的需要,值得在以后的模型试验中得到推广。

Abstract:

Some types of analogue materials in China and other countries in geotechnical model experiments are presented in this paper. Based on the research on a few geotechnical model experiments in some significant tunnels and underground factory buildings in Chinese western areas, a new type of analogue material is recommended, which is made from the iron mineral powder, the barite powder, the quartz powder and the alcoholic solution with rosin. Some tests such as uniaxial compress test, quasitriaxial shear test and Brazilian test have been made to obtain the mechanical characteristics of the composite material. And the analogue material with different mixture ratios has been successfully used in the model experiment of a branching tunnel. The results of the model experiment show that the new type of analogue material can be used in some geotechnical model experiments.
