水利隧道仰拱磨耗案例探讨

摘要:

 台湾南部某水利隧道(全长3.1km)于1930年完工通水启用后,至1959年曾打设二次水泥衬砌,而1972年隧道内壁全面敷以混凝土衬砌,直至2003年实施第一次隧道全线安全检测,并于2004年进行维修补强设计与紧急抢修工程,其后2005年、2006年分别针对隧道东、西洞口及隧道内实施第二次及第三次安全检测。藉由此隧道历年之补强与检测成果,初步探讨水利隧道之摩耗行为与程度,并进一步探讨水利隧道耐磨耗之补强设计,以供未来相关水利隧道维修补强设计之参考。

Abstract:

One hydraulic tunnel was built in 1930's and located in southern Taiwan. The earliest lining was composed of various materials, including concrete without reinforced bars, bricks and stones, depending on the location along the tunnel and the position around the cross section in 1959. It was usually made of concrete in crown and bricks and stones in sidewalls in 1972. A preliminary inspection was carried out in 2003 and was repaired in 2004. The second and third inspection was carried out in 2005 and 2006. This paper will discuss the invert abrasion of hydraulic tunnel, and suggest the design of rehabilitation and maintenance for reference.
