摘要:

孤石是浅埋隧道开挖中比较常见的复杂地质,传统的孤石处理方法(如人工打钎法、爆破法、水泥膨胀剂法)均有明显的不足。液压劈裂机技术是一种处理孤石的新技术。通过对液压劈裂机的组成、工作原理、施工工艺以及与传统方法的对比进行探讨,可为以后类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Boulder is a difficult geological problem commonly encountered in shallow tunneling. Conventional boulder treatment methods, such as hand breaking by steel rods, blasting and expanding by cement expanding agents, have obvious shortcomings. Therefore, a new boulder treatment technology, i.e., hydraulic splitting technology, is presented in this paper. The composition, working principle, construction techniques of hydraulic splitters, as well as the comparison between the hydraulic splitting method and the conventional methods, are discussed. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
