Abstract:

With investment enlargement of infrastructure by the country and gradual increase of such large scale tunnels or underground passages as railways and highways, large scale slurry shield machine also develops rapidly, gradually becoming the major equipment for the construction of domestic river-crossing tunnels. Improvement of the rate of equipment in good conditions is critical to make full use of large scale slurry shield machine while the rate of equipment in good conditions is determined by the repair and maintenance of the equipment. Ant＼d therefore, the repair and maintenance of shield machine has a direct impact on the construction quality and progress of shield tunnel. With the practice of SDII Project of Shiziyang Tunnel by slurry shield construction and following a comprehensive summary and analysis of experience in the repair and maintenance of large scale slurry shield machine, this thesis the "Four Standardizations" management mode for the repair and maintenance of large-scale slurry shield machine to improve the repair and maintenance level and to achieve the objective of making full use of the shield machine and prolonging its service life.
