生产信息三维管理系统研发应用初步探讨

摘要:

目前工程施工企业大多已跨行业、跨区域经营生产,而沿用的人工单机办公信息管理模式过程繁琐、数据规范性差,直观性和即时性不足,已不能满足企业信息化管理的要求。结合工程管理实际,初步探讨了该系统的研发应用情况,对该系统的研发背景、具体功能、平台架构、实现原理及思路、前景及价值等进行了详细阐述,指出施工企业生产信息三维管理系统的最大特点是可基于日常工程生产进度数据生成直观、动态的3D工程模型来及时展示工程项目生产相关信息。通过该系统在北京地铁六号线、仁赤高速公路项目及山西中南部铁路通道项目的试运行、实践应用,效果较好,有效降低了人力、物力资源,总体适用于一般施工企业的管理需求。

Abstract:

In these days, most of the construction enterprises have cross industry and transregional business. However, the manual standalone office information management systems used by these enterprises have many disadvantages and can no longer meet the information management requirement. In this paper, the development background, functions, platform structures, principles, concepts, perspectives as well as the significance of the 3D production information management system are presented. The dominant feature of the system is that direct and dynamic 3D engineering models can be generated on the basis of daily production data. The 3D production information management system has been applied in projects such as Line 6 of Beijing Metro, HuairenChishui highway and Shanxi Centralsouth railway and good results have been achieved. It reduces the demand on human and material resources and generally meets the management demand of construction enterprises.
