Abstract:

According to the practice of the disc hobbing in a project and in combination with structure design of cutters, rock breaking principle and a lot of on-site maintenance experience of cutters, this thesis, taking the lot of a disc hobbing designed by a foreign company, explains the maintenance process and techniques of the cutter in detail and summarizes some scientific and practical experience in management of disc hobbing in actual construction, which may provide reference to disc cutter management, maintenance and modification in shield and TBM construction afterwards.
