引汉济渭岭南TBM工程二长花岗岩地层滚刀磨损研究

摘要:

针对秦岭二长花岗岩条件下TBM滚刀消耗严重的问题,依托引汉济渭岭南TBM工程,通过对现场岩样和刀圈材料开展室内试验,明确岩石的磨蚀性能和刀圈的耐磨性能指标,发现岩石的磨蚀性由其抗压强度与矿物成分共同决定,刀圈的耐磨性主要取决于材料的成分及组织。通过对前2 000 m试掘进段刀具使用情况和磨损数据的分析,掌握各个刀位的磨损规律: 1)正滚刀的累计磨损量随滚刀安装半径的增加近似呈线性增长; 边滚刀中处于过渡区域的滚刀累计磨损量最大,两侧逐渐减小。2)与滚动距离磨损速率相比,破岩体积磨损速率更能准确衡量滚刀磨损的快慢程度。3)重复磨损对边滚刀磨损影响较大,而通过在边缘区域增加滚刀数量来提高耐磨性的方法可以起到一定作用,但不能从根本上解决问题。

Abstract:

The TBM disc cutter wear is serious when boring in monzonitic granite strata of Qinling Mountain. The abrasion performance of the rock and the wear resistance performance of the cutter ring are clarified by laboratory test on rock samples and the cutter ring materials taken from Lingnan TBM Section of Hanjiang RiverWeihe River Water Conveyance Project. The abrasiveness of rock is affected by compressive strength and mineral composition of rock; and the wear resistance of the cutter ring is mainly affected by the composition and organization of the materials. The wear rules of different disc cutters are figured out by the analysis of cutter usage and wear data gained from 2 000 m test section. It is found that: 1) The cumulative wear of the inner cutters shows approximate linear with the installation radius increase; and the maximum cumulative wear of edge cutters occurs at the transition zone. 2) The wear rate calculated by unit rock breaking volume is superior to wear rate calculated by unit tunneling distance in terms of wear speed of disc cutter. 3) The repeated wear has great influence on the wear of edge cutters; and by increasing the numbers of disc cutters in the marginal area, the wear resistance of disc cutter can be improved, to a certain extent; but it can not be improved basically.
