摘要:
为了解决复杂硬岩地质条件下城市地铁隧道能够安全、快速地开挖建设,以青岛地铁2号线双护盾TBM施工为研究对象,通过对TBM掘进过程中施工数据的控制和分析,得出双护盾TBM可良好适应于青岛地铁隧道施工掘进。通过施工实践,针对小半径曲线隧道和破碎围岩条件下的双护盾TBM掘进作业提出了施工对策和建议。

Abstract:
The construction data of doubleshield TBM during construction of Qingdao Metro Line No. 2 in complex hard rocks are controlled and analyzed. The doubleshield TBM shows good adaptability to Qingdao Metro Tunnel. Meanwhile, countermeasures and suggestions are provide for small radius curve tunnel and doubleshield TBM in broken surrounding rocks based on construction practices.
