考虑地质适宜性和滚刀直径的TBM刀具消耗预测

Prediction of TBM Cutter Consumption Considering Geological Suitability and Disc Cutter Diameter

刀具消耗是TBM施工成本管理的重要研究内容。将影响刀具消耗的主要因素归纳为地质条件、机械因素和掘进参数3个方面,在此基础上讨论了刀具消耗与围岩等级、TBM工作条件等级之间的关系。在总结和分析利用TBM工作条件等级进行刀具消耗预测研究的基础上,对拟合函数进行优化,并引入滚刀直径影响因子,构建同时考虑地质适宜性和滚刀直径的TBM刀具消耗预测方法。通过对兰州水源地建设工程输水隧洞TBM1掘进段的刀具消耗分析,验证提出的TBM刀具消耗预测方法的合理性。研究结果表明: 1)TBM工作条件等级可以反映TBM掘进性能和地质适宜性特点; 2)拟合函数ln(x-1)和ln x更适合描述和预测刀具消耗规律; 3)滚刀直径对刀具消耗具有一定影响,滚刀直径越大,刀具消耗越小; 4)同时考虑地质适宜性和滚刀直径的TBM刀具消耗预测模型的计算结果更接近实际耗刀率; 5)刀具消耗与岩体完整性密切相关,与实际耗刀率相比,Ⅱ类围岩的预测计算结果略高,而Ⅲ类围岩的预测计算结果略低。

Abstract:

The cutter consumption prediction is one of the important research items for cost management of TBM construction. The main influencing factors of cutter consumption are summarized into three aspects, i.e. geological conditions, mechanical factors and tunneling parameters; based on which the relationship between cutter consumption and surrounding rock grades and that between cutter consumption and TBM working condition grades are discussed. And then the fitting function is improved; the influencing factor disc cutter diameter is considered; and the prediction method for TBM cutter consumption considering both geological suitability and disc cutter diameter is put forward based on summarizing and analyzing the prediction of cutter consumption by using TBM working conditions. Finally, the rationality of the prediction method for TBM cutter consumption proposed is verified by analyzing the cutter consumption of TBM1 tunneling section of water diversion tunnel at Lanzhou water source area. The results show that: (1) The characteristics of TBM tunneling performance and geological suitability can be reflected by TBM working condition grades. (2) The fitting functions of ln(x-1) and ln x are more suitable for describing and predicting the law of cutter consumption. (3) The cutter diameter also impacts the cutter consumption; and the larger the cutter diameter, the less the cutter consumption. (4) The predicted results of the model considering both geological suitability and disc cutter diameter are closer to the actual cutter consumption rate. (5) The cutter consumption is closely related to the integrity of rock mass; and the cutter consumption prediction results of surrounding rock Grade Ⅱ are slightly higher than actual results; while that of surrounding rock Grade Ⅲ are a little lower than actual results.
