软土地层浅覆土下钢管幕顶进沉降分析

Settlement Analysis of Steel Pipe Roof Jacking in Ultrashallow Covered Soft Ground

摘要:

为研究软土地层超浅覆土下钢管幕顶进施工引起的地层沉降规律与机制,以上海中环线田林路节点改善工程为依托,采用现场试验方法,对整个管幕顶进周期内地表初期沉降、累积沉降与工后沉降的变化发展进行分析,研究不同工况条件下地表沉降发展规律。结果表明: 试验结束后地表最大沉降为9.8 mm,管幕群施工对地表沉降具有累积作用; 单根钢管顶进时后半段隆起,隆起值在精度允许范围内; 管幕上方1倍管幕埋深范围内地层沉降变化明显,顺接管施工的工后沉降较大,采取洞口止水措施能有效减缓地层损失。

Abstract:

The rules and mechanism of ground settlement induced by steel piperoof jacking in ultrashallow covered soft ground of improvement project on Tianlin Road in Shanghai are studied. And then the developments of primary settlement, cumulative settlement and postconstruction settlement of ground are analyzed by field test. Finally, the ground settlement rules under different working conditions are studied. The study results show that: (1) The maximum ground surface settlement after field test is 9.8 mm; the construction of pipe roof group has a cumulative effect on ground surface settlement. (2) The ground uplift occurs in the latter half when single pipe jacking, which is within accuracy range. (3) The change of soil settlement in the range of steel pipe roof burial depth above pipe roof is obvious; the postconstruction settlement of sequential pipe is much larger; and by adopting hole sealing measures, the ground loss can be reduced effectively.
