大型矩形断面地下工程机械化建造技术综述及展望

摘要:

基于采用盾构或顶管建造的跨度在10 m以上的大型矩形断面地下工程,通过对典型案例的研究,从建筑结构与机械化建造相互协调配合的角度,将大型矩形断面地下工程机械化建造技术归纳为矩形隧道全断面建造技术、大断面分部掘进技术、建筑分部群洞技术、结构分割与转换技术4种类型,分别介绍这4种类型的基本概念、典型案例、适用范围和技术特点,并重点介绍结构分割与转换技术的工法原理、技术特点、应用要点和工程实例。最后,基于工程背景,秉承工法研究的基本原则,提出以适用为根本,以保证工程质量、安全、环保为基础,以提高效率、降低成本为目标的大型矩形断面地下工程机械化建造技术的创新研究思路。

Abstract:

The representative cases of underground engineering constructed by shield or pipe jacking with span more than 10 m and large rectangular crosssections are studied. And then the mechanized construction technologies for underground engineering with large rectangular crosssection are divided into 4 types, i.e. fullsection construction technology of rectangular tunnel, bench excavation technology for largesection tunnel, construction technology for multitunnel and structural cat and convert method; the basic concepts, typical cases, applicable scopes and technical characteristics of the technologies are introduced; and the principle, technical characteristics, application points and engineering project of structural cut and convert method are introduced emphatically. Finally, based on the engineering background and the basic principles of engineering research, an innovative research idea of mechanized construction technology for largescale rectangular crosssection underground engineering is put forward, which takes the feasibility as basis, quality, safety and environmental protection as foundations and efficiency improvement and cost reduction as goals.
