复合地层TBM隧道施工引起建筑物沉降规律研究

Laws of Building Settlement Caused by Single Shield TBM Tunnel Construction in Composite Ground

摘要:

浅埋复合地层TBM下穿建筑物施工过程中,豆砾石吹填注浆及软硬岩交界面所处位置均对建筑物沉降具有重要影响。为探明两者对建筑沉降的影响规律,采用数值模拟及现场监测的方法进行分析,得出以下结论: 1)由于围岩基本处于无支护状态,隧道开挖后到豆砾石吹填完成前建筑物沉降最大,约占总沉降的70%; 2)豆砾石可压缩性较强,吹填完成后建筑物依然会出现一定的下沉,约占总沉降的30%; 3)浅埋单护盾TBM隧道施工中,软硬岩交界面位置对建筑物沉降具有重要影响,依据影响程度将交界面所处区间隧道的位置关系分为3种,并给出相应的建筑物沉降控制措施。现场监测与数值分析均显示地表注浆和豆砾石及时回填注浆对控制建筑物沉降具有重要意义。

Abstract:

During TBM boring under buildings in shallowburied composite strata, pea gravel filling and grouting and the interface location of soft and hard rock both have great influence on building settlement. In order to find out those influence laws, numerical simulation and field monitoring methods are used. The following conclusions can be drawn: (1) After excavation and before pea gravel filling completed, the settlement of buildings, accounting for about 70% of the total settlement, is the fastest since the surrounding rock is in nonsupport state; (2) With the strong compressibility of pea gravels, settlement still existis when the pea gravel filling is finished, which accounts for about 30% of the total settlement; (3) The interface location of soft and hard rocks has significant influence on building settlement during tunneling of single shield TBM. According to the extent of influence, it can be classified into three categories and then control measures are given correspondingly. Both onsite monitoring and date analysis show that surface grouting and timely pea gravel filling and grouting are of great importance for settlement controlling of building.
