摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前预防性养护思想在运营公路隧道养护领域的研究与应用处于起步阶段。为将预防性养护思想运用于运营隧道养护工作中，借鉴路面预防性养护的成熟理念，结合隧道养护工作的实际情况，对运营公路隧道预防性养护技术进行了分析及定义，并引入效益－费用分析法对隧道预防性养护的经济性进行了分析，提出了可行的评价指标和评价方法。运营公路隧道预防性养护的经济性主要包括对隧道养护费用和效益的界定与计量，其中养护费用包括直接成本和间接成本2大类，效益包括直接效益和间接效益2大类，并给出了隧道预防性养护各类成本及效益的计算方法。根据工程经济学提出了可选用的隧道预防性养护方案的经济评价指标，包括净现值（NPV）、费用年值（AC）、效益－费用比（RB/C）、净现值率（NPVR），供隧道养护方案决策参考。

Abstract: At present, the research and application of preventive maintenance in the field of highway tunnel maintenance is in its infancy. To apply the advanced idea of preventive maintenance to the maintenance of operating tunnels, the preventive maintenance technology of operating highway tunnels is analyzed and defined based on mature idea of pavement preventive maintenance and the actual situation of tunnel maintenance, the benefit cost analysis method is introduced to analyze the economy of tunnel preventive maintenance, and the feasible evaluation indices and evaluation method are put forward. The economic to preventive maintenance of operating highway tunnels mainly includes the definition and calculation of tunnel maintenance costs and benefits. The maintenance costs include direct and indirect costs, and benefits include direct and indirect benefits. The calculation methods of various costs and benefits of tunnel preventive maintenance are introduced. Based on engineering economics, the economic evaluation indices of available preventive maintenance schemes are put forward, including net present value (NPV), annual cost value (AC), benefit cost ratio (RB/C) and net present value rate (NPVR), which can provide reference for decisionmaking of tunnel maintenance scheme.
