隧道衬砌排水系统单元排水状态评价方法研究

Evaluation Method for Unit Drainage State of Tunnel Lining Drainage System

摘要: 为量化隧道衬砌排水系统及其病害造成的影响,对其排水状态进行有效评估,就隧道衬砌排水系统进行网络分层,提出其在单元网络节点、管段和单元等层面上的排水功能阈值及利用率等初始排水状态指标和计算方法;归纳出漏损及堵塞等典型病害形式,定义介数、出入数等分别代表结构、功能重要度进行单元网络的权重计算,讨论节点病害对管段、单元的排水功能阈值、利用率以及综合损失率等综合排水状态指标的量化影响和计算方法,并设计算例进行说明。算例结果中,纵管综合排水状态指标为0.001 6,较横管的0.002 3小,单元的综合排水状态指标s为0.040 3,表明以单元排水状态作为衬砌排水系统单元排水行为的量化指标,可有效实现衬砌排水系统单元的量化评价。

Abstract: The network layering of a tunnel lining drainage system is conducted, and the initial drainage state indicators and calculation methods of its drainage function threshold and usage rate at the node, pipe section, and unit level in a unit network are proposed to quantify the impact of the tunnel lining drainage system and its diseases, and effectively evaluate its drainage status. Further, the typical disease forms, such as leakage and blockage, are summarized. The betweenness and number of accesses are defined to represent the structure and function importance as the weight calculation of the unit network, quantitative influence, and node disease calculation on the drainage function threshold, utilization rate, and comprehensive loss rate of the pipe section and unit are discussed, and calculation examples are designed to verify the results. The calculation example results show that the comprehensive drainage state index of vertical pipes is 0.001 6, which is lower than 0.002 3 of the horizontal pipes, and the unit comprehensive drainage state index, s, is 0.040 3, indicating that the unit drainage state used as a quantitative indicator of the drainage behavior of the lining drainage system can effectively realize quantitative evaluation of the lining drainage system.
