关于铁路隧道仰拱与填充整体浇筑的探讨

Discussion on Inverted Arch and Its Filling by Separate Pouring or Integral Pouring in Railway Tunnel

摘要: 为探讨隧道仰拱及仰拱填充整体浇筑的可能性,解决仰拱与仰拱填充分开浇筑与整体浇筑的争论,采用数值计算手段,建立荷载-结构模型,针对填充体不设置中心沟(管)、设置中心管、设置中心沟3种情况,分析仰拱填充不同浇筑时机对衬砌结构受力性能影响差异。研究结果表明: 1)当仰拱填充内不设置中心管(沟),仰拱填充与仰拱整体施作,基本不影响衬砌结构受力性能; 2)当仰拱填充内设置中心管,仰拱填充与仰拱整体浇筑,对衬砌结构受力性能影响较小,但填充表面中心处拉应力较大,为分开浇筑工况的7倍以上,加之中心管上部填充体厚度较薄,对抗拉不利,易开裂破坏,仰拱不宜与填充整体施作; 3)当仰拱填充设置中心沟,仰拱填充与仰拱整体浇筑,对衬砌结构整体受力较为不利,不宜整体施作。

Abstract: In order to discuss the possibility of integral pouring of the inverted arch and its filling, and solve the dispute between separate pouring and integral pouring of the inverted arch and its filling. Loadstructure model is established by numerical calculation to analyze different effects of inverted arch filled at different pouring time on stress performance of lining structure under three situations for filling body, i.e. without central drain (pipe), with central pipe and with central drain. The main conclusions are as follows. (1) When the filling of inverted arch is without central pipe (ditch),the integral pouring of inverted arch and its filling has no effect on the stress performance of lining structure.(2) When the filling of inverted arch is with central pipe, the integral pouring of inverted arch and its filling have less effect on the stress performance of lining structure; whereas the stress is greater at the center of filling surface, exceeding seven times greater as which in working condition of separate pouring. Moreover, the thickness of filling body at upper part of central pipe is small, which is unfavorable to tensile strength and prone to crack and damage, thus inverted arch and its filling should not be poured integrally. (3) When the filling of inverted arch is provided with central drain, the integral pouring of inverted arch and its filling is adverse to the overall stress of lining structure, which is not recommended.
