基于高压清洗技术的运营公路隧道中央排水管清洗技术研究

Cleaning Technology of Central Drainage Pipe of Operating Highway Tunnel Based on High Pressure Cleaning Technology

摘要: 为解决隧道中央排水管道结晶堵塞问题,依托广西某岩溶区高速公路隧道,对公路隧道中央排水管的清洗技术进行试验。第1步,通过踏勘隧道出水口、排水边沟等,初步判断隧道中央排水管的堵塞程度; 第2步,结合隧道设计图纸,辅以地质雷达扫描,确定中央排水管位置和中央检查井位置; 第3步,在中央排水管上方钻检查孔,利用工业内窥镜检查排水管内状况; 第4步,破拆路面,开挖清洗工作井; 第5步,利用高压清洗车结合管道机器人检查,清理隧道中央排水管中的结晶物质; 第6步,恢复路面。通过现场试行该套清洗技术,中央排水管堵塞区段被完全疏通,管道中结晶物质被清理干净,排水功能得以恢复,降低了因排水不畅导致的各类风险,保证了隧道通行安全与结构安全,节省了隧道维护成本。

Abstract: The crystallization blockage often occurs in the central drainage pipe of the tunnel. Hence, a cleaning technology for the central drainage pipe of the Guangxi expressway tunnel is tested. First, the blockage degree of the central drainage pipe of the tunnel is preliminarily judged by reconnaissance of the outlet and drainage ditch of the tunnel. Second, the positions of the central drainage pipe and the central inspection well are determined according to the tunnel design drawings and ground penetration radar scanning. Third, an inspection hole above the central drain pipe is drilled to check the internal conditions of the drain pipe using an industrial endoscope. Fourth, the pavement is cut to clean the working well. Fifth, the crystalline substance in the central drainage pipe of the tunnel is cleared using a highpressure cleaning vehicle and rechecked by a pipeline robot. Finally, the pavement is restored. By using this suite of cleaning technology, the blocked section of the central drainage pipe has been completely dredged, the crystalline substances in the pipe have been cleaned up, the drainage function has been restored, various risks caused by poor drainage have been reduced, the tunnel traffic safety and structural safety have been ensured, and the tunnel maintenance cost has been reduced, providing reference for similar projects.
