高黎贡山隧道环境对不同劳动强度作业人员的影响研究

Influence of Gaoligongshan Tunnel Environment on Workers with Various Labor Intensities

摘要: 为有效应对高温高湿环境对隧道作业人员健康状况的影响,并及时制定有效的预防措施,在高黎贡山隧道1号斜井环境中对24名不同劳动强度的作业人员在工作第2小时内进行生理、机体主观感受及行为指标测量,研究高温高湿隧道环境对不同劳动强度作业人员的影响。结果表明: 1)轻、中劳动强度作业人员在正常工序作业时间内心率变化受到环境影响较小,身体指标变化均处于可以承受的范围之内; 2)重、极重劳动强度作业人员心率过速情况比较严重; 3)作业人员反应时与体力受影响程度和劳动强度呈正相关,在工作2 h内,反应时在80~100 min变化比较明显,而体能在100~120 min变化幅度更大。对于重、极重劳动强度作业人员,务必控制其持续劳动时间不超过2 h,同时在第2小时要加强监督管理。

Abstract:

 To investigate the influence of high temperature and humidity environment on the health status of tunnel construction personnel, and formulate effective preventive measures in time, the physiological, subjective feeling, and behavioral indicators of 24 workers with various labor intensities are measured within 2 h of working in the No. 1 inclined shaft of the Gaolegongshan tunnel. The results reveal the following: (1) The change of heart rate of workers with light and medium labor intensity is less affected by the environment during normal working time, and the change of body index is within the tolerable range. (2) The heart rate tachycardia of workers with heavy and extremelyheavy labor intensity is much higher. (3) There is a positive correlation between the reaction time and the physical strength of the workers and the labor intensity. Within 2 h of working, the reaction time changes significantly in 80~100 min, while the physical strength changes more significantly in 100~120 min. For operation personnel with heavy and extremelyheavy labor intensity, it is necessary to control their continuous working time within 2 h and strengthen the supervision and management in the second hour.
