高原铁路复杂地质TBM法隧道衬砌断面优化分析

Optimization of Tunnel Lining CrossSection by Tunnel Boring Mahine  Method in Plateau Railway with Complex Geology

摘要: 为解决因衬砌断面种类多导致的二次衬砌与TBM掘进难以同步、TBM高效掘进的优势难以发挥的问题,分析某高原铁路隧道TBM掘进段不同二次衬砌内径分布情况和二次衬砌多样性给TBM同步衬砌施工带来的不利影响,提出减少衬砌断面种类并采用具有变径功能的衬砌台车的解决方案,即将原设计的6种内轮廓直径(914926930940944954 cm)优化为3种(914926、940 cm),利用模板基准直径为926 cm(使用段落最长)的变径台车施作该3种衬砌断面。该方案既能满足工程需求,降低台车费用和变径断面拟合误差,又能实现二次衬砌与TBM同步作业,为连续皮带机工况下TBM法隧道同步衬砌施工提供参考。

Abstract:

 Due to multiple types of tunnel lining cross-section, synchronous construction of secondary lining and tunnel boring machine(TBM) excavation is difficult to realize and the advantage of TBM efficient excavation is limited. Accordingly, the distribution of secondary lining with variable diameter in TBM-driven section and the adverse effects of the diversity of secondary lining on the synchronous construction of TBM excavation and secondary lining of plateau railway tunnel project are investigated. Then, the solutions of reducing the types of lining crosssection and using lining trolley with variable diameter are proposed, i.e., the original lining crosssections with six inner contour diameters of 914, 926, 930, 940, 944, and 954 cm are optimized into three of 914, 926, and 940 cm, and lining trolley with variable diameter and a benchmark base diameter of 926 cm is adopted. The proposed scheme can reduce the trolley cost and the fitting error of variable diameter section, and realize the synchronous construction of TBM rapid excavation and secondary lining, providing a reference for the synchronization of TBM rapid excavation and secondary lining under the working condition of continuous belt conveyor.
