摘要: 土压平衡盾构的掘进速度直接关系到盾构隧道施工效率,然而其影响因素复杂,且难以直接控制。为研究盾构掘进速度影响因素,探明盾构掘进速度与其影响因素的相互作用机制,结合理论分析与现场实测调研统计,分析盾构掘进速度与螺旋输送机转速和转矩、顶推力、刀盘转速和转矩的关系。结果表明: 1)地层的强度特性在一定程度上决定了刀盘切削岩土体的难易程度,从而决定了盾构掘进速度; 2)对于岩质地层和黏土地层,螺旋输送机转速、转矩和刀盘转矩与盾构掘进速度相关性显著; 3)螺旋输送机通过转速影响渣土输出速率,从而影响土舱的饱满度,进而影响刀盘的切削效率,最终影响掘进速度; 4)盾构刀盘转速总体呈现出“地层强度越高、刀盘转速越大”的特点; 5)刀盘转矩随着刀盘转速的增加而显著减小,且刀盘转速增大对减小刀具的非正常破损有利。

Abstract:

The advance speed of EPB shield is directly related to the shield tunneling efficiency. However, its influencing factors are complex and difficult to control directly. To study the influencing factors of advance speed and explore the interaction mechanism between advance speed and its influencing factors, theoretical analysis and field measurement results are combined, the relationship among the shield advance speed and screw conveyor rotation speed, screw conveyor torque, thrust force, cutterhead rotation speed, cutterhead torque are analyzed. The results show that: (1) The strength characteristics of stratum determine the difficulty of cutting rock and soil by cutterhead in some degree, thereby determines the advance speed. (2) For rock stratum and clay stratum, screw conveyor rotation speed and torque and cutterhead torque are significantly correlated with shield advance speed. (3) Screw conveyor affects the output rate of muck through the rotation speed, thereby affecting the fullness of soil cabin and the cutting efficiency of cutterhead, and finally affecting shield advance speed. (4) The cutterhead rotation speed generally shows that the higher the stratum strength, the faster the cutterhead rotation speed. (5) With the increase of cutterhead rotation speed, cutterhead torque decreases significantly, and the increase of cutterhead rotation speed is beneficial for reducing the abnormal wear damage of shield cutter. 
