土压平衡盾构长距离施工运输模型应用研究——以北京地铁新机场线一期工程为例

摘要: 为解决土压平衡盾构隧道运输系统施工效率优选的问题,以北京地铁新机场线一期工程为背景,选取盾构渣土运输方式不同的两相邻盾构区间,建立土压平衡盾构施工物料及渣土运输模型,对有轨运输系统和有轨运输+皮带输送机(包括水平连续皮带输送机+垂直皮带输送机)组合系统(简称组合运输系统)2种运输方式进行对比分析。研究结果表明: 1)运输距离小于600 m时,优先选用有轨运输系统; 2)运输距离在600~1 700 m时,2种盾构施工物料及渣土运输方式施工效率基本相同; 3)运输距离大于1 700 m时,宜选取组合运输系统。有轨运输系统相较组合运输系统现场施工连续性较差,实测掘进循环时间相比理论预测掘进循环时间偏大,且时间差值随运输距离逐渐增加; 组合运输系统实测掘进循环时间相比理论预测掘进循环时间差值较小,在实际施工过程中更容易达到理想施工期望。

Abstract:

 In order to improve the construction efficiency of the earth pressure balance(EPB) shield tunnel transportation system, a case study is conducted on the phase 1 project of Beijing metro new airport line. Furthermore, two adjacent shield sections with different muck transportation modes are selected to establish a construction material and muck transportation model of the EPB shield. In addition, two transport modes, the rail transport system and rail transport + belt conveyor (including horizontal continuous belt conveyor + vertical belt conveyor) combined system, are compared and analyzed. The results reveal the following: (1) The rail transport system is preferred when the transport distance is less than 600 m. (2) When the transportation distance is between 600 m and 1 700 m, the construction efficiency of the two methods is essentially identical. (3) When the transportation distance is greater than 1 700 m, the combined transportation system should be preferred. Compared with the combined transportation system, the onsite construction continuity of the rail transportation system is poor, the measured tunneling cycle time is larger than the theoretical prediction, and the time difference increases gradually with the transportation distance. Compared with the theoretical prediction, the measured driving cycle time difference of the combined transportation system is smaller, and it is easier to reach the ideal construction expectation in the actual construction process.
