摘要: 阐述隧道智能建造的总体目标与技术路径,对目前盾构/TBM法和钻爆法隧道应用的一系列智能建造技术进行介绍。结合行业前沿,对隧道智能建造面临的主要问题和发展前景进行论述与展望。研究显示: 1)隧道建造由机械化升级到智能化是社会发展的必然趋势。2)隧道智能建造发展大致可以划分为初级和高级2个阶段,初级阶段隧道建造仅在个别场景、简单作业方面实现智能装备作业,高级阶段是指实现了隧道建造多场景、多工序智能感知、决策、互联与协同。3)智能预制生产线+现场智能化装配+数字化管控将成为隧道智能建造的发展趋势。4)智能建造将为隧道行业注入新活力,促进行业升级。

Abstract: The current global economy is facing tremendous downward pressure due to the lasting impact of extreme weather, COVID19 pandemic, and regional wars. Boosting economic vitality and driving sustained economic growth via technological innovation and industrial upgrading has become a common choice for major global economies. Digital transformation and intelligent construction are being vigorously developed in China. Some of the advanced technologies in the fields of 5G communications, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things have been gradually integrated into the production and management. The overall goals and technical paths of intelligent tunnel construction are presented and a series of intelligent construction technologies used in shield/TBM and drillingandblasting methods are introduced. Combined with cuttingedge technologies, the main issues and development prospects encountered in intelligent construction are discussed, thereby providing an outlook. The main conclusions are presented as follows: (1) The upgrading of tunnel construction from mechanization to intelligence is an inevitable trend. (2) The intelligent construction of tunnels can be divided into two stages: primary and advanced. Tunnel construction in the primary stage only realizes intelligent equipment operations in individual scenarios and simple operations. The advanced stage refers to the realization of the entire process of tunnel construction, multiscenario, intelligent perception, decisionmaking, interconnection, and collaboration. (3) Intelligent prefabricated production line + onsite intelligent assembly + digital control will become the trend in tunnel construction. (4) Intelligent construction will introduce new vitality into the tunnel industry and promote industry upgrading.
