土压平衡盾构机密封舱土压力控制模型

摘要:

基于有限元数值模拟方法,建立盾构机密封舱土压力的控制模型。通过分析盾构土压平衡的掘进参数之间及其与土舱压力间的相互关系,提出盾构机密封舱土压力优化控制模型。数值模拟结果表明:在保持推进速度不变的情况下,通过对密封舱内土压力的实时监测来控制螺旋输送机转速的实时变化,可控制密封舱内土压力在设定的范围内,从而实现土压平衡。

Abstract:

The model for controlling the earth pressure in the excavation chamber is proposed on basis of numerical simulation by using finite element method. The numerical model for the major boring parameters, the earth pressure in the excavation chamber and the rotation speed of the screw conveyor is established. The control model of the earth pressure balance of the shield machine is proposed with optimization algorithm. The numerical simulation shows that when the thrust speed is constant, the earth pressure can be controlled within the range of the set values by means of real time controlling the rotation speed of the screw conveyo so as to realize the earth pressure balance.
