摘要:

为了满足在高原环境下,超长隧洞TBM施工通风的需风量以及工作面的散热要求,需要对隧洞的施工通风方式及设备配套进行全面研究。根据各种参数,确定隧洞的通风方式,并对其需风量进行了详细计算,然后利用数值模拟对风机和风管的匹配进行研究,得出适合本隧洞通风需求的风机和风管匹配方案,并对隧洞内的风速分布和热环境规律进行数值模拟研究,科学、直观的评价隧洞施工环境。

Abstract:

In order to meet the requirements of the airflow and heat transfer at the working faces of extralong tunnels on plateaus constructed by TBM, full study is made on the ventilation methods and ventilation equipment matching during the construction of these tunnels. With the help of many kinds of parameters, the author in the study confirms the ventilation method and calculates in detail the required airflow. After the study on the matching between the ventilation fans and the ventilation ducts by means of numerical simulation, a match of ventilation fans and ventilation ducts that can meet the ventilation requirements of the tunnel is proposed. The author also studies the air velocity distribution and thermal environment rules in the tunnel by means of numerical simulation, which offers a scientific and intuitive estimate on the environment during the tunnel construction.
