摘要:

以深圳地铁3号线老街站换乘综合体及上盖物业楼工程施工为例,介绍钢管混凝土柱柱芯C80高性能混凝土施工工艺。通过现场高位抛落免振原位模拟实验及C80高性能混凝土配合比多次试配,总结出适合高位抛落免振浇筑工艺的C80高性能混凝土各指标参数。解决了本工程钢管混凝土柱数量多、长细比大、作业环境复杂等制约柱芯混凝土浇筑的难题,进而保证了地下大型地铁结构与地面高层物业楼同步顺利、优质地完成。

Abstract:

Construction technology for C80 high performance concrete is presented, with the construction of the underground transfer structure and surface building of Laojie Station on line 3 of Shenzhen Metro as an example. The construction process of C80 high performance concrete filled in the steel pipe columns is presented. The indexes of C80 high performance concrete for the steel pipe columns are determined through insitu simulations and concrete mixing trials. In the end, problems imposed by the large quantity of long thin concretefilled steel pipe columns and complex working environment are solved, which guarantees the successful construction of the large underground Metro works and the surface building.
