摘要:

以向莆铁路夏茂隧道出口施工为例,针对以往仰拱模板存在质量大、安装困难、仰拱施工工序多、仰拱与边墙基础不能一次浇筑、施工成本投入大等缺点,通过对隧道仰拱结构尺寸多次细致研究,绘图模拟分析论证,最终设计出了成本低、施工方便灵活的仰拱新型组合弧形钢模板,克服了以上模板施工中存在的缺点,并对模板的设计、加工及仰拱混凝土整幅浇筑施工工艺进行了详细介绍。

Abstract:

The existing formworks for invert casting have such disadvantages as high weight, difficult installation, complex invert construction procedure, difficult in onetime casting of the invert and the side wall foundation and high investment cost. Taking the construction of the exit section of Xiamao tunnel on XiangtangPutian Railway as an example, the author has developed a new arcshaped composite steel formwork after detailed studies, which has overcome the disadvantages of the existing formworks. Furthermore, the author presents the design and fabrication of the new formworks, as well as the fullbreadth casting of the invert with the new formworks.
