暗挖PBA车站顶拱矢跨比对钢管柱受力特征及地表变形影响研究——以北京地铁17号线香河园站为例

摘要:

为研究顶拱矢跨比的改变对车站钢管柱受力安全及地表变形的影响,以北京地铁17号线香河园站为背景,建立拱结构力学理论模型,通过理论分析得到拱结构在拱脚处的内力随矢跨比的变化规律;结合数值模拟方法及现场实测数据分析,得到不同顶拱矢跨比下钢管柱受力特征及地表变形规律。研究结果表明: 1)不同顶拱矢跨比条件下,钢管柱剪力与弯矩最大值均出现在中板位置附近; 2)随着顶拱矢跨比的增大,钢管柱的轴力和地表沉降最大值均呈先减小后增大趋势,与理论分析结果一致; 3PBA车站在二次衬砌扣拱施工阶段钢管柱轴力涨幅最大,此阶段完成时钢管柱轴力占车站完工轴力的75%以上; 4)车站主体结构施作完成后,地表最大沉降在车站中线上方,沉降槽曲线以车站中线左右对称分布,与小导洞的对称形式相同,且顶拱矢跨比较小的车站,因施工引起的不均匀沉降较小,有利于控制地表变形。

Abstract: To investigate the effect of top arch risespan ratio on the force safety of the concretefilled steel tubular(CFST) column and ground deformation of metro stations, a case study is conducted on the Xiangheyuan station on Beijing metro line 17. Then, the mechanical theoretical model of arch is established, and the variation rule of internal force of the arch foot is obtained through theoretical analysis. Finally, combined with numerical simulation method and field measured data analysis, the force characteristic of CFST column and the regularity of surface deformation under different top arch risespan ratios are obtained. The results reveal the following: (1) Under different top arch risespan ratios, the maximum shear force and bending moment of the CFST column appear around the middle plate. (2) As the risespan ratio increases, the maximum axial force and surface settlement tend to decrease and then increase, which is consistent with the results of theoretical analysis. (3) At the stage of the secondary lining buckle arch construction in the pilebeamarch station, the increment of axial force of the CFST column increases the most, and the axial force of the CFST column at this stage is more than 75% of the final axial force. (4) After the main structure of the station is completed, the maximum surface settlement is above the stations middle line, and the settlement trough curves are symmetrically distributed in the stations middle line, which is the same as the symmetric form of the pilot tunnel. The station with a small roof arch and span has less uneven settlement as a result of construction, which aids to control surface deformation.
