注浆抬升在隧道穿越既有建筑物中的研究及应用

摘要:

为确保地表跟踪注浆施工技术保护房屋方案的实施,首先以地表预留104#、105#拆迁房为对象进行跟踪注浆试验,从而确定房屋保护施工方案、施工工艺、注浆材料、注浆参数等;然后,针对需要重点保护的34#房屋的工程特点,进行注浆抬升方案实施,分别在不同位置进行止浆帷幕、房屋基底预加固和动态跟踪这3种注浆孔的布置,并在地面注浆抬升方案实施中采用工前基底注浆加固、工中动态跟踪注浆和工后抬升注浆3个步骤。为实时掌握沉降情况和指导施工,总共布置23个沉降监测点。监测结果表明:注浆抬升能够有效地抑制房屋的沉降,隧道穿越房屋的过程中结构安全处于可控状态,房屋的沉降发展趋势比较平缓,处于稳定状态,最终房屋的各测点累计沉降和差异沉降都控制在标准范围内。

Abstract:

In order to ensure the proper execution of the tracing compensation grouting, grouting experiments are executed for No. 104 and No. 105 buildings so as to determine the grouting scheme, grouting technique, grouting materials and grouting parameters. Then tracing compensation grouting is executed for No. 34 building on basis of the experiment results. Grouting boreholes for groutstopping curtains, building foundation preconsolidations and dynamic tracing compensations are arranged at different positions. Regarding uplift grouting executed from the ground surface, 3 steps, i.e., grouting consolidation of the foundations before tunnel construction, dynamic tracing compensation grouting during tunnel construction and uplift grouting after tunnel construction, are executed. 23 settlement monitoring points are installed to obtain the realtime settlement and to provide guidance to the construction. The monitoring results show that the grouting can effectively restrict the settlement of the building, the structure of the building is safe and under control during tunneling underneath the building, the development of the settlement of the building is gentle and stable and the accumulated settlement and differential settlement of the building are within the control standards.
