摘要:
为满足TBM快速掘进和长大距离步进对预制块生产进度以及后期衬砌、整体道床对预制块生产质量的双重要求,以兰渝铁路西秦岭隧道仰拱预制块生产为例,在既有施工工艺和质量控制措施的基础上,应用预埋道钉技术、仰拱预制块空中翻转技术、数字传感式温度控制技术,并采取常见病害防治措施,实现了低投入、高质量、快节奏连续生产施工。

Abstract:
The precasting of the invert blocks should keep up with the long distance stepping of TBM and the quality of the invert blocks should meet the requirements of the monolithic track beds. Spike embedding technology, invert block overturning technology, invert block temperature control technology and invert block defect prevention/control technology are presented. In the end, low cost, high quality and continuous tunneling are achieved.
