润滑脂、HBW脂、盾尾密封脂在法马通盾构机与海瑞克盾构机上的消耗比较与分析

摘要:

鉴于在实践中法马通盾构较海瑞克盾构油脂(润滑脂、HBW脂和盾尾密封脂)消耗量大的情况,分别从设计、实际应用及结构特点上对2种盾构油脂的消耗差异进行研究,得到油脂消耗差异主要由盾构消耗部位结构差异造成的结论,在实际掘进中需要保持足够的注入量,以免对机械造成损害。

Abstract:

Compared to Herrenknecht shields, NFM shields consume more grease (such as lubrication grease, HBW grease and tail skin sealing grease). The difference between the grease consumption of these two kinds of shields is analyzed from the design, application and structure characteristics. It is concluded that the difference in the grease consumption is mainly caused by the structural difference in the grease consumption parts and that enough grease should be injected during shield boring so as to avoid damages to the machines.
