大跨隧道超浅埋段护拱反吊暗挖法设计及作用分析

Design of Mining of Super-shallow-covered Large-span Tunnel under Suspended Protection Arch and Analysis on its Effect

摘要:

通过介绍护拱反吊法在大崛坑1号隧道中部超浅埋冲沟段暗挖施工中成功应用,并利用三维数值计算模拟动态施工过程,对护拱反吊方案作用效果进行分析,总结护拱反吊法作用机制。分析结果表明:护拱反吊法在控制围岩变形,抑制塑性区发展以及对支护结构受力状态的改善等方面效果明显,是一种安全、快速有效的大跨隧道超浅埋段暗挖施工方法。

Abstract:

Suspended protection arch method has been successfully applied in the mining construction of the supershallowcovered section of Dajuekeng No. 1 tunnel. The dynamic construction process is simulated by means of 3D numerical method, the effect of the suspended protection arch is analyzed and the working mechanisms of the suspended protection arch method is summarized. The results show that the suspended protection arch method, which can play an effective role in the control of the deformation of surrounding rocks and the development of the plasticized zone, as well as in the improving of the stress conditions of the support structure, is a safe, rapid and effective mining method for supershallowcovered largespan tunnels.
