狮子洋隧道盾构施工危险源分析及对策

摘要: 以广深港铁路客运专线狮子洋隧道盾构工程为依托,通过对狮子洋隧道盾构施工中的重大危险源:带压进仓、常压进仓、泥水系统、盾尾密封等进行分析,制定了针对性的应急措施和安全控制要点,施工中有效规避了重伤以上安全责任事故的发生,细化并规范了特长水下盾构隧道施工防灾、救灾管理,以期为类似工程特别是大直径水下盾构工程施工提供参考。

Abstract: Critical risk factors, such as hyperbaric operation, operation under atmospheric pressure, slurry system and shield tail seal, of the construction of Shiziyang tunnel on GuangzhouShenzhenHong Kong passengerdedicated railway are analyzed. Countermeasures and key safety control points are proposed, which eliminates serious injuries and fatal accidents in the tunnel construction. Detailed stipulations on accident prevention and accident coping in construction of superlong underwater shieldbored tunnels are provided. The paper can provide reference for other largediameter underwater shieldbored tunnels in the future. 
