空中翻转技术在仰拱预制块生产中的应用

Application of Overturning Technology in Invert Block Prefabrication

摘要: 为解决长期以来真空吸吊翻转机不适用于仰拱预制块翻转、地面翻滚仰拱预制块技术落后且弊端明显的问题,以适应TBM快速高效的施工节奏,西秦岭隧道全国首次引入仰拱预制块液压起吊翻转机。通过现场实践和改进,总结出一套比较成熟的空中翻转技术,并介绍新技术引入后的一些注意事项。通过方法对比,人员配置及作业时间等均优于地面翻滚法4倍左右,并可有效消除掉块和开裂损伤,对于确保预制块生产进度和生产质量意义重大。

Abstract: Vacuum suction type overturning machine is not applicable to the overturning of invert blocks, and the existing method of invert block overturning on the ground is laggard and has many disadvantages. New hydraulic type overturning machine is used in the construction of West Qinling tunnel, which is the first time in China. A set of proved overturning technology is summarized on basis of practice and improvement in the site. Some key points of the new technology are presented. The comparison and contrast between the new method and the existing method show that the new method is superior to the existing one.
