斜通道辅助竖井施工技术研究

Proposal on Installing Access Ramp to Facilitate Tunneling with Vertical Shafts

摘要: 长隧道施工时,竖井出碴、进料需垂直提升,施工交叉较多,导致隧道施工进度非常缓慢,为此提出增设一辅助竖井施工的斜通道与主隧道斜交的方案。结合实际工程,采用大型有限元软件进行数值模拟论证方案的可行性,在此基础上改进施工方案,并依据规范制订详细的监测方案,进行施工实时监测,现场实施效果和监测数据表明,改进后的方案经济合理,斜通道与主隧道安全可靠,工期大为缩短,说明此施工方案有效、可行。

Abstract: In the construction of long tunnels, vertical shafts are always installed. The muckingout and material supplying through the vertical shafts are slow, which leads to slow tunneling advance. Therefore, access ramp are proposed to facilitate the tunneling. In the paper, the feasibility of the proposal is numerically simulated by means of largescale finite element software. The construction scheme is optimized according to the simulation results. Detailed monitoring program is established according to relevant standards and monitoring is executed during construction. The construction practice and the monitoring data show that the optimized program is rational and economical, the safety of the tunnel and the access ramp is guaranteed and the construction period is shortened.
